Amada Colossos Resort, the premium, all-inclusive, seafront resort on the cosmopolitan and history-rich island of Rhodes, has announced the launch of a programme of new yoga classes for the 2022 summer season.

The resort has 699 rooms with 17 different room types, it also includes separate family areas, a 5-slide waterpark, a 140m pool and an amazing 430m beach, making it the perfect retreat to switch off from your daily routine.

As part of Amada Colossos Resort‘s wellness offers, the resort has initiated a brand-new programme of Iyengar yoga classes, available three times a week to all guests over 16, and in small groups of just 10-15 participants.

These classes aim to take guests’ wellness experiences to a new level of relaxation as this type of yoga focuses on precision and alignment. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and people from all ages, abilities and levels of fitness are welcome to join the classes.

Haris Lyroni is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher with more than 15 years of experience who will be leading the sessions. Yoga classes can be pre-booked at the Resort and cost £21 per person per session. Private sessions are also available upon request.

Rooms at Amada Colossos Resort start from 187 euros
