This October, Le French Festival returns to the Islands of Guernsey, with a host of French themed activities, music, food, films and even an Opera.

From the Renoir Walk, a short, self-guided trail that takes visitors to the locations where Renoir created some of his famous painting, to a time warp experience which transports visitors back in time to a little cottage Victor Hugo once visited between 1859 and 1870, Le French Festival will celebrate everything on the islands that is quintessentially French.

Alongside these events, Guernsey will be hosting the only Renoir exhibition in the world in 2023.

Staged by Art for Guernsey in partnership with Guernsey Museums and Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny, the incredible exhibition, featuring a range of work from artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir, celebrates the 140th anniversary of his stay in Guernsey, with many of his works returning to where they were first painted.

More information on planned activities and events to be announced.
